SHIPPING & RETURNS
All US orders are shipped via USPS. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
All orders take 7-10 business days to process before shipping.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Orders are not delivered on weekends.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email which will contain a tracking number you can use to check the status of your order.
Canadian orders are shipped via USPS and the customer is responsible for any fees, taxes and duties. Check with the USPS for customs charges and information.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
We only accept returned items for exchange within 14 days of delivery date. Returned items must be unused, in original packaging with original tags attached.
Shipping charges for returns/exchanges are to be paid by the customer. All SALE items are final purchase and not legible for return/exchange.

*All returns/exchanges must be pre-authorized before we accept them.
1. Email email@example.com and include your order number and reason for return.
2. Upon approval, we will provide a shipping address. We do not pay for the cost of return shipping. We are not responsible for any returns which are lost or damaged in transit. We urge customers to only use trackable shipping services.
